We would like to inform you that Lindberg & Lund AS with effect of 1 September will change its name to Biesterfeld Norge AS. Therefore, the names of the subsidiaries ABIC Kemi AB and Lindberg & Lund Oy will also be changed to Biesterfeld Sweden AB and Biesterfeld Finland Oy.
Biesterfeld Norge AS is a 100% subsidiary of Biesterfeld Spezialchemie and thus of the Biesterfeld AG. The name change has no practical consequences for you as our customer. The current Managing Directors Björn-Erik Dahlmann for Norway, Magnus Lagerqvist for Sweden and Jens Lindahl for Finland will continue to manage all operations.
As from 01.09.2023, we ask you to update the following information in your master data:
• Company name: Biesterfeld Finland Oy
• Website: www.biesterfeld.fi
There will be no changes with respect to the following :
• Your contact person
• Your agreed conditions, delivery times and contracts
• Our VAT identity number
• Our bank account details
• Our products and product numbers
• Our product quality and specifications
